A relaxing bushwalk turns into a nightmare…
Clare, the federal Minister for Education, is abducted by Kaelin in a random act of rage and taken to his cabin in a remote coastal wilderness area of New South Wales. Annie, out on a quiet bushwalking adventure, stumbles upon the cabin and rescues Clare.
A long way from help, the women flee for their lives, barely keeping one step ahead of the deranged Kaelin. Annie’s knowledge of the bush and Clare’s resilience are repeatedly tested in a terrifying game of cat and mouse, which escalates when Kaelin is joined by his bird smuggling mates.
To make matters worse, the women must also contend with the harshness of the Australian bush, its deadly creatures and the fury of the southern Pacific Ocean along their harrowing journey.
Pushed to the limits of their endurance, how far will Clare and Annie go to survive and escape this perilous place?
